Today I am cooking a million dollar grilled cheese sandwich. It’s not actually a million dollars, but it should be because this sandwich is so perfect its value is pretty much priceless.

I am topping the dough with a super bright homemade tomato sauce, Jarlsberg cheese & fresh mozzarella, and then finish with some slices of pepperoni & a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
